I am a bass tournament fisherman. This place is great. You can back your boat up to the room and they let you run a cord out the window to charge your batts. The room are spotless clean. The service is straight forward and good and friendly. The price is extremely fare. The boat ramp is seconds away and the nearby food is great. The store at wake point has everything you need and opens early. The tv ( nice and big as well) for a fisherman is very acceptable. The wifi works great. There is no crime (again a fisherman). Did I mention the people are friendly? Love this place when I am preparing for and fishing tournaments.

No hot water, no clock, no phones. I was dropped off after a wedding and left my phone in my car at the wedding. I wanted to wake up and make arrangements to get the car later. I didnt have a clock to know what time it was, the TV didnt have it, and I couldnt call my party to come get me. I didnt even know how close to check out I was. I had to use the phone at the front desk and get the time there. Got that done and tried to get in the shower. It never got hot. Bed was comfotable and the room was clean. No TV other than a couple local channels. Bare bones if that is what you need, its a fare price. Spend the extra and get something else with a breakfast.

Comfortable place to stay with a microwave and fridge. The owner/manager is such a nice guy. I unknowingly forgot my laptop bag in my room after checking out, and he immediately tried to reach me within 5 to 10 minutes of me leaving. Highly recommend!

Small remodeled budget motel. Very clean in rooms as well as outside(pool looked very inviting, alas it was November). Very friendly staff. Room was equipped with fridge, microwave, TV, hair dryer available in room, as well as USB plugs to charge your phone. Mattress was very hard, I would recommend to owners to start investing in more comfortable mattresses and pillows. And towels had too much fabric softener, so much that drying off became challenging. However, I gave mostly 5 stars for an overall pleasant experience.
